Dick Moody Competition Saturday August 8th 2026
We host this Competition in honour of a former Member of our Club who passed well
before his time. Dick was responsible for carrying out a lot of improvements to the facilities at the
Club in the 1980’s and 90’s and Captained our CDL team for many years.
A representative Castle Camps Team made up primarily of Officers and Committee Members of our Club challenge representative teams from the 3 leagues that we play in to win the trophy.
All 3 formats of the game are played over a total of 24 ends and the players are served a meal at the end of the afternoon.
